- Dorfman a dentist who has been in the practice of dentistry for 37 year states that the beginning of his start up seemed pretty normal - graduating from dental school at 24 he decided to become an applicant for a program in Switzerland with four hundred applicants.
- On his journey to be accepted into this program he was very tenacious which led him to his “life defining moment”. Being persistent and hard work helped him get somewhere and become part of something he never imagined but was determined to withhold.

- Dorfman boast that his acceptance into this program was much provided by diligence and being tenacious enough to constantly fight for his spot and demonstrate that he was worthy .

- Having a platform or a legacy serves no purpose if there are no efforts made for you to be able to give back and help those less fortunate
- It is essential to learn how to develop long term money vs. short term so that you not only prosper but can obtain wealth in more than one platform
- Dorfman prides himself on the development of his LEAP foundation which is a highly immersive week-long leadership program for high school and college students held annually at the UCLA campus in Los Angeles, California. Each year, 400 students from over 40 countries around the globe travel to attend LEAP week, a full week dedicated to helping young adults uncover the “real-life” skills needed to achieve great success.
- Out of 400 kids 60% are from poverty found homes, in which they bring in a numerous of great mentors to help guide or assist these youth into developing or understanding their passion or “brand”
- Dorfman also created the LEAP Mentor podcast in which he uses the proceeds to help develop his LEAP Foundation, award scholarships and so much more
- Tenacity is his secret sauce to success
- “You never have to fail and it is because of your mindset.”
- “If you do something and it does not work out the way you wanted it to it is not considered failure it is considered practice, you only fail when you quit and when you're tenacious you never quit.”

- “What are you going to do, drill teeth your whole life?” This made Dr. Dorfman realize that it was more life.
