How to set goals that are free from stress Part 1


Have you ever had an obstacle that got in the way of your target? Of course. We all have. So what do you do when you think you will miss your target? You get stressed, I'm guessing. This is a reality many high-achievers face, but don't always have someone to talk to about it. In this episode, we are not talking about goal setting. You are a don't need that.  Listen now and you'll get the four W’s to help you get around obstacles, so you can hit those targets free from stress. You do need that. Listen now and start reduce your stress. This way, your annual goals don’t overwhelm you, they fuel you.


Focus on your target

  • What you focus on can manifest so it’s best to redirect your energy and thoughts into positive directions
  • Take away distractions that can get you off focus.

 Learn what is important to you

  • In order to make stress free goals it's important to know what's important to you and why.
  • Remembering where you want to be is a great way to focus your targets for future plans; whether it's to arrange vacations, personal growth and development and even business ventures.


  • Set target goals for wealth based on annual accomplishment, then break it down into smaller goals.
  • This includes saving and investing in effort to be in better circumstances than previous years.


  • This area is often overlooked. Your health is important and it's the only way you will continue to hit the other targets, if you hit your health target first.
  • Learn what wellness growth is for you whether it is eating better, practicing a weight loss regime, focusing on your mental health (seeking therapy), meditation, or even sleep. Sleep is the number one wellness goal to reduce stress. It makes all the other goals possible.


  • Set your wow goals to things that excite you and provide happiness.
  • Your WOW Factor is made up of love, adventure, and legacy.
  • Remember that your “wow” is for your fulfillment and pleasure and can be done whenever you’d like and even repeated as much as you’d like. We recommend putting all your Wow targets on your schedule first then schedule in Wellness targets then your wealth targets.
  • Your wow target can range from anything like; painting, a movie outing, spa treatments, a round of golf, even shopping. Especially if the shopping is for others.


  • Understand your purpose and this will help you remember why your targets are important to you.
  • Know that these targets are personal and are created in efforts to simplify your life, make it more fun, and ease your stress.
